The office of the head of commission consist of the following parts; 1-Department of Observation and internal auditings. 2-Department of Foreign relations. 3-Department of Media. 4-Department of Human resources. Summary about the departments and sections of the office of the head of commission: Manager of the office of the head of commission: An employee works as a(manager)in this office and must have minimum university degree and enough experience in management and must have information about departments and sections in general and especially the office of the head of commission and must know all duties and orders of each parts and departments, this manager manages, coordinates, follows up and arranges the works and duties of the head of commission continuously. Deputy of the manager of the office: An employee who runs this position must at least have university degree in the field of administration or law, the duty of the deputy is to assist the manager of the office continuously and the manager of the office hands in some of his duties and takes the position of the manager in case of permission or traveling also supports the other parts of commission. Secretary: An employee who runs secretariat at least must have university degree, the duty of secretary is welcoming the guests of the head of commission and arranging meetings and visitors for the head of commission and arranging other different duties. Sections of the head of the office of the head of commission Department of Observation and internal auditing: An employee who runs this section at least must have first university degree in the field of observation and accounting and at least must have (5)year of service in the field of observation, this section consists of many skilled employee who are working in this part must have accountant certification, the duty of this section is to observe every proofs, bills and cost orders but before spending and after spending observe again for the purpose of the rightness of the spending, department of observation and internal auditing also compares the statement of account with the specified balance in the register also observes the administration and implementation the annual plans of the commission and assessing the employee. Department of Foreign relation: An employee who runs this section at least must have first university degree and must know (Kurdish, Arabic, English) language well and can speak well and has many and has many administration employee and translators, the duties of this part is to establish connections with universal organization and the offices as the same as our commission abroad and universal universities also the organization and local universities. Department of Media: This section is the most important section of commission especially by the head of the office and in commission generally an employee who runs it must be experienced in the field of journalism and media not less than (5) years, the duties of this part consists of connection with people and journalists, professionals for matching and also expressing the official reaction of the commission in different cases that are published from this section, and collecting complete and enough information that are published by other media about corruption and collecting different opinions of the observers about corruption then analyzing and writing reports continuously and present to the head of commission and department of media has two employee’s that specialized in photography (photo and video) must be experienced in taking photo, there is very important section in the department of media and that’s the official website of commission which is run by three employee one of them is the manager of the website and the other two employee’s are admin who are responsible of uploading news and information in the website after observation by the manager they publish all information about the commission in the website, also corporation with all local and foreign media’s and all local and foreign journalists preparing press conference of commission and head of commission. Department of human resources: Consists of the following sections: Section of Statistics Section of finance Administration and service This part can be managed by an employee who owns first university degree in administration and must have enough experience in this field not less than (5) years of service, the duty of this section is responsible for managing this part with all sections and providing all the needs of the office and the head of commission and department of statistics to compile statistics of the documents of the office of the head of commission for more protection of loosing or disappearing of the documents and department of finance for providing finance and spending and providing the needs of the office and buying from outside. Administration and Service’s duty is to present service for office who finds itself in cafeteria and drivers in the office. Has a lot employee who are exhausted from their work. Security department is an in depended department directly related to the office manager which has some specialized employee who work in this section, who have the degree of (diploma and bachelor) their job is to write and print those documents and orders directly came out by the head of commission also protect the secrets of the office and also carrying a copy of all documents and orders of the office in incoming and outgoing in boxes of special files and the service’s duty is to serve the office in cleaning and servants to serve the employee of the office and providing food and drinks for the head of commission and the guests and employee’s of the office of the head in general.
