In 11/10/2022 under supervision of COI’s chief Dr.Ahmed anwer and the presence of Director General of prevention and transparency and the Director of Despaky Academy Sawsan Muhamed Amin and a delegation from GIZ.
In this meeting the take decision to sign an agreement between COI and mentioned organization in the nearest future, and also they decided to have cooperated activities between both parties as soon as possible
Commission of Integrity Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq: An independent Commission will be responsible for fighting corruption in the Kurdistan Region, and will be under parliamentary scrutiny.
Law No. (3) of (2011) regulates the work of this board, the Board of Trustees of the Kurdistan Region works for:
First: Establish an effective mechanism to uphold the rule of law.
Second: Eliminate the phenomenon of corruption and support the principle of transparency and inclusiveness among all institutions in the region, through legal procedures.
