On 10/2/2021 prevention and transparency department within cooperation of investigation directorate of Sulaymaniah implemented a meeting in investigation directorate hall in Sulaymaniah implemented a seminar for introducing and clarifying the judgment of incorporation law in Kurdistan Region number (5) of 2020 for legal employees of general directorates of Sulaymaniah boarders, in the beginning miss. Gulzar Khald Omer manager of investigation of Sulaymaniah put the light on the duties of commission investigation in corruption crimes in this field; they talked about the importance of the role of legal employees of departments for cooperation and negotiation with commission employees. After that legal consultant (Qadir Salih Abdul) put the light on the judgment of incorporation law and articles of the law were specifically clarified, this is in addition to the importance of clarifying the law for this stage of Kurdistan Region also protecting public asset by preventing of damaging public asset.
It's worth stating that, (26) legal employees with the representation of directorates of Sulaymaniah boarder participated and discussed the subject.
