Commission of integrity, public prosecutor and UNDP organization implemented a meeting about the project of environmental justice in Kurdistan region.
On Tuesday 6/6/2023 with the presence of Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity, Judge Kawa Fathi chairman of public prosecutor, Dr. Adnan Abdulla general director of prevention and transparency department, Sawsan Muhamad Amin manager of integrity academy, Hazha Omer manager of the office of the chairman of commission and Darawan Nooraldeen head of department of relations with non-governmental organizations implemented a meeting with a staff of UNDP about the project of environmental justice in Erbil.
Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity stated the importance of the rule of law in Kurdistan region which will lead to lessen corruption in all fields and will affect environmental justice; he thanked UNDP organization for their cooperation.
Chairman of commission stated that, corruption in Iraq is in a dangerous stage in addition of having an imaginary income but environment and service is in a bad situation.
Romana shwaygher manger of the program of the rule of law, Amar altae manager of the project of security sector, Hamza sharif D. consultant, Naomi audibert expaert in human rights, Antje craft developed expert in rule of law and justice in newyork, Anisa walji expert in rule of law and security and Stiven getwnga expert in the field of energy and environment from UNDP organization were participated the meeting and they decided to implement the same meeting with other related institutions for protecting the environment.
