On Wednesday 2/10/2024, Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity of Kurdistan region, Hazha Omer manager of the office of the chairman of commission and Sarkhel Hashm media manager participated in a meeting of representatives of political parties of Kurdistan, which was arranged by commission of integrity with the cooperation of UNDP organization for the purpose of discussion about dignity charter.
In the beginning, Dr. Adnan Abdulla Rasheed general director of prevention and transparency department presented the index of the draft of the charter.
Later on, Dr. Ahmed Anwar appreciated the representatives of political parties which in this election period devoted their time for this purpose and hoped for a subsidence election.
Dr. Ahmed Anwar in Addition of stating the importance of the charter and said; Kurdistan region will be an example if all political parties sign the draft of the charter and follow up.
He ensured on that confronting corruption needs all of the abilities and must consider as an important duty.
Chairman of commission stated that, this kind of charter is only available in one country in Middle East, Iraq prepared this charter twice and failed later on.
Later on representatives of political parties discussed this subject and it's been decided that they will sign this draft in near future.
