Statistics of corruption cases for 2024 were presented
Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity of Kurdistan Region presented corruption cases in Kurdistan.
n the beginning of the press conference which took place in 9/12/2024, Dr. Ahmed Anwar stated that, we work with a little incorporeal ability for more than 8 years and only 22 integrity investigators are working. He also stated that, we ask council of justice to decide building a special court for corruption cases.

About disclosing the form of financial interest he stated that, all the forms were returned from the beginning of its implementation the first form was 7668 and the form of 2013 and the last form 646.

About the corruption cases he stated, all lawsuits are in courts and were 207 person and 167 are under investigation and 27 were sentenced and 113 were returned to investigation courts of integrity. He also stated that, 573 penal lawsuits and 222 news telling lawsuit were recorded. I’m the end he congratulated the new course of Kurdistan parliament and asked to implement their observational role and reform of Anti- Corruption become their priority.
