On Wednesday and Thursday 25-26/5/2022, Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of Integrity of Kurdistan region, dr. Adnan Abdulla general director of prevention and transparency department. Ms. Hazha Omer manager of the office of the chairman of commission, managers of divisions and some employees of prevention and transparency department participated the common workshop between commission of Integrity and World Bank.
The workshop under the title of (Strengthening public financial management oversight and accountability institutions) was arranged.
The objectives of the workshop is to share best practices with KRG commission of Integrity for promoting compliance with the law that requires public officials to disclose their financial interests and using the disclosure to manage conflicts of interest, examine sources and methods for obtaining information to advance investigation from other nations.
Examine how World Bank can help commission fulfill its mission.
This workshop was implemented in hotel Rotana.
