On Tuesday 2/8/2022, chairman of commission of integrity stated that, in last five years 72 officials were investigated on corruption cases, in last six 799 dossiers were recorded in commission and will be investigated.
د.ئەحمەد ئەنوەر، سەرۆكی دەستەی دەسپاكی لە هەرێمی كوردستان، لە كۆنفرانسێكی رۆژنامەوانیدا گوتی “لە ساڵانی 2017 بۆ 2022 دا لەلایەن دادوەرانی لێكۆڵینەوەی دەسپاكییەوە، وەك تۆمەتبار لێكۆڵینەوەی لە دۆسیەكانی 72 بەرپرسی پلە باڵا و پلە تایبەت كراوە، كە پێكهاتوون لە شەش وەزیر، یەك سەرۆكی دەستە، شەش بریكاری وەزیر، یەك پەرلەمانتار، پێنج راوێژكار، 34 بەڕێوەبەری گشتی، یەك پارێزگار، پێنج قایمقام، چوار سەرۆكی فەرمانگە و هەشت ئەندامی ئەنجوومەن”.
According to Dr. Ahmed Anwar, some punishments were given on corruption cases in court are light punishments and he insists that the punishments must be more aggravating, for strengthening the level of anti-corruption.
In the same press conference, chairman of commission of integrity stated that, we ask a special court more than four years for corruption cases and differentiating them with other cases, the decision were made on the level of the presidency of appellate court to specify a special court for investigating corruption cases.
Chairman of commission of integrity said '' last year council of justice decided to open a special court for corruption cases, this year we asked through an official written document to implement the decision, but unfortunately they refused the decision and decided something else which I hope it will be implemented, the decision is each presidency of appellate court of governorates and independent managements to have a special court, we are waiting for this decision''.
سەرۆكی دەستەی دەستپاكی گوتی: “ساڵی رابردوو ئەنجومەنی دادوەری بڕیاریدا داگایەكی تایبەت بە كەیسی گەندەڵی بكرێتەوە، ئەمساڵ بە نووسراوی فەرمی داوامان لێكردن بڕیارەكە بچێتە بواری جێبەجێكردنەوە، بەڵام بەداخەوە ئەوان بڕیارەكەیان هەڵوەشاندەوە، بڕیارێكی دیكەیان داوە ئەگەر ئەویش جێبەجێ بكرێت باشە، بڕیارەكە ئەوەیە لە هەر سەرۆكایەتییەكی دادگای تێهەڵچوونەوەی پارێزگا و ئیدارە سەربەخۆكان دادگایەكی تەرخان بكرێت، ئێمە چاوەڕێی جێبەجێكردنی ئەو بڕیارەین”.
گوتیشی: “ساڵانە 100 تا 150 كەیسی گەندەڵی رەوانەی دادگاكان دەكەین، پێشبینی دەكەین بۆ ئەمساڵ زیاتر لە 200 كەیسی گەندەڵی رەوانەی دادگاكان بكرێت”.
لەمیانەی پرسیارێكی رۆژنامەنووساندا لەبارەی لێكۆڵینەوە لە زیادبوونی سەروەت و سامانی بەرێوەبەری لێكۆڵینەوەی هەولێر بە شێوەیەکی بەرچاو سەرۆكی دەستەكە گوتی، بەڵێ، لیژنەیەك پێكهاتووە لە لێكۆڵینەوە و ئێستە كارەكانی تەواو نەكراوە، ئەو فۆڕمی سەروەت و سامانە هەموو ساڵێك بەسەر كارمەندانی دەستەكەدا دابەش دەكرێن لەكاتێكدا بۆ دامەزراوەكانی تر چوار ساڵ جارێكە.
