In 21/9/2022 a meeting about implementing the national strategy of fighting corruption arranged under supervision of Director general of department of prevention and transparency Dr.Adnan Abdualla Rasheed and Dr. Mariwan Sabir from the council of ministry and their delegation about implementing the plan of the national strategy concerning council of ministry.
In this meeting they debated about the activities and issues of the committees of KRGs offices, they take decision that council will ministry will follow up these committee’s issues and study highlighted aim of these committees and sent reports to the commission of integrity each time.

Commission of Integrity Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq: An independent Commission will be responsible for fighting corruption in the Kurdistan Region, and will be under parliamentary scrutiny.
Law No. (3) of (2011) regulates the work of this board, the Board of Trustees of the Kurdistan Region works for:
First: Establish an effective mechanism to uphold the rule of law.
Second: Eliminate the phenomenon of corruption and support the principle of transparency and inclusiveness among all institutions in the region, through legal procedures.
