On Wednesday 4/9/2024, With the presence of prime minister Masroor Barzani the ceremony of declaration of first report of the strategy of Anti Corruption in public sector by commission of integrity of Kurdistan Region took place.
Mr. Masroor BarzaniPrime minister of Kurdistan Region, Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity of Kurdistan Region, Mr. Haydar Hanoon chairman of commission of integrity of Iraq, ministers, officials, representative of European Union, ambassadors and diplomatic representatives of other countries in Kurdistan Region were present in the ceremony.
In the ceremony the statement of commission of integrity, prime minister of Kurdistan region, commission of integrity of Iraq and representative of European Union in United Nations in Iraq were presented.
Also in the ceremony they talked about the general plan of commission of integrity of Kurdistan Region for Anti- Corruption in Kurdistan Region and stated that, this is the aim and the strategy of all parties and appreciated the roles and cooperations of implementation authorities and judges for cooperation and negotiation in succeeding this strategy plan and they also stated that confronting corruption is the duty and responsibility of all parties not only one that’s why it needs cooperation and negotiation between authorities, institutions and official independent commissions so as to implement the most strategical plan of Anti-Corruption.
