In 6/2/2024, Dr. Ahmed Anwar chairman of commission of integrity of Kurdistan region, with the presence of hazha omer manager of the office of the chairman of commission welcomed elien andrzy representative of ministry of justice in American consulate in Baghdad implemented a meeting about money laundering and financial crimes.
In the meeting, miss. Tamy wiser, valery political liable and hozan Hassan legal assistant in American consulate were present.
They talked about many issues in addition to the situation that Iraq now goes through generally and Kurdistan in particular in anti-corruption field.
Dr. Ahmed Anwar in the meeting stated the steps of anti-corruption and presented the duties of commission.
Also the guests ensured on more cooperation for commission of integrity so as confronting corruption can be done as soon as possible.
They also talked about that, Iraq now is under threat and institutions must cooperate each other more. They ensured on cooperate those who is related to commission's duties.
